Vacancy - Customer Sales Administrator (E-Commerce)

Location: Stokesley, North Yorkshire

We are a family-run wholesaler, supplying independent pet and equine retailers all over the UK.

The role involves managing new and existing e-commerce customers by phone and email. We are looking for a computer-savvy individual with excellent customer service skills.

You will be:

  • Dealing regularly with couriers and suppliers
  • Collating all necessary customer paperwork
  • Monitoring changes in customer spending patterns

We are looking for someone who:

  • Is able to maintain a high level of customer service at all times
  • Is competent in all aspects of IT
  • Has excellent timekeeping and communication skills
  • Experience in e-commerce would be advantageous

Salary negotiable depending on experience.
