Vacancy - Customer Sales Administrator (E-Commerce)
Location: Stokesley, North Yorkshire
We are a family-run wholesaler, supplying independent pet and equine retailers all over the UK.
The role involves managing new and existing e-commerce customers by phone and email. We are looking for a computer-savvy individual with excellent customer service skills.
You will be:
- Dealing regularly with couriers and suppliers
- Collating all necessary customer paperwork
- Monitoring changes in customer spending patterns
We are looking for someone who:
- Is able to maintain a high level of customer service at all times
- Is competent in all aspects of IT
- Has excellent timekeeping and communication skills
- Experience in e-commerce would be advantageous
Salary negotiable depending on experience.
