They contain Chicory Root, a natural source of prebiotic to aid a healthy digestion, Prebiotic MOS (mannan-oligosaccharide) from yeasts which maintain a healthy digestive system & FOS (fructo-oligosaccharide) helps to stimulate the growth of friendly bacteria in the intestine, both essential to aid the growth of a healthy gut bacteria, helping to avoiding upset stomachs.
